This client came to us with a vision to redesign their lower level and create ample wine storage—LOTS of wine storage! As the daughter of a nationally recognized winemaker, she inherited a large and valuable wine collection. Our goal was to organize and display the bottles in an elegant way, providing a functional storage solution that paid tribute to her father's legacy.
BEFORE
THE REDESIGN
We kept the original sofa seating and layout to maintain the room's comfortable flow. To elevate the space, we added a new wall that functions as both a snack bar and a chic storage area for their liquor collection, while also offering a view of the wine room. Our goal was to preserve the open, airy feel by sticking with the existing Aegean Teal paint color, while introducing grounding elements to add warmth and balance.
