This client contacted Jaime with a vision to enhance the flow and functionality of various areas in their home that were due for a refresh. With a thoughtful redesign and subtle updates, these spaces were transformed into practical, welcoming areas, perfectly suited to their needs. Jaime then reached out to me for assistance with CAD drawings and renderings to help bring their vision to life.
THE BATHROOM
The client no longer needed the shower in this bathroom, as they mainly used the space as a powder room near their gym and pool area on the lower level. To maximize efficiency and reduce costs, we kept the existing toilet and focused on upgrading the finishes for a fresh, modern look.
THE OFFICE
The office was originally a combined mudroom and workspace, which led to some storage issues. To enhance functionality, we converted the space into a dedicated office and moved the mudroom features to a newly designated utility room next door, optimizing both areas for their specific purposes.
THE UTILITY ROOM
The challenge with this space was making the most of every inch while preserving a comfortable, airy atmosphere—avoiding any feeling of tightness or clutter. We struck the ideal balance by blending open and closed storage, allowing for easy access to everyday items while keeping everything organized and visually appealing.
THE OWNER’S SUITE
The client was thrilled to give their space a fresh update! They were excited to bring in new furniture and craft an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication.
