This customer reached out to Jaime with a vision to improve the flow and functionality of several areas in their home that were ready for a refresh. Through a thoughtful redesign and subtle updates, these spaces were transformed into practical and inviting areas, perfectly tailored to meet their needs. Jaime reached out to me for help with CAD drawings and renderings to bring their vision to life.
THE BATHROOM
The client no longer required the shower in this bathroom, as they primarily used the space as a powder room conveniently located off their gym and pool area on the lower level. To maximize efficiency and minimize costs, we kept the existing toilet in place and focused on elevating the finishes for a fresh, updated look.
THE OFFICE
The office was previously a combined mudroom and workspace, which created some storage challenges. To improve functionality, we transformed the space into a dedicated office and relocated the mudroom elements to a newly designated utility room right next door, optimizing both areas for their intended purposes.
THE UTILITY ROOM
The challenge with this space was maximizing every inch while maintaining a comfortable, airy feel—avoiding any sense of cramped or stuffiness. We achieved the perfect balance by incorporating a thoughtful mix of open and closed storage, making it easy to access everyday items while keeping things organized and visually appealing.
THE OWNER’S SUITE
The client was excited for a refreshing update to their space! They were eager to introduce new furniture and create an overall atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication.
